Warranty conditions for products Tumba Dental manufactured according to current instructions from the respective practitioner. The 5-year warranty applies to the remodeling of Monolithic Zirconia, 3 years for other fixed prosthetics and implant prosthetics. 1 year for removable prosthetics.

Warranty does not cover temporary, long-term temporary, patches, semi-permanent or occlusal splints.

A prerequisite for the redesign of the prosthetic work is that the redesign is caused by deficiencies in the material.

If the dentist establishes within the above-mentioned guarantee period from the date of the invoice that the work needs to be redone, Tumba Dental will redo the same work free of charge provided that:

Probable reasons for the revision depend on the material. The remodeling is started within 6 months after the decision on the compensation issue unless there are exceptional reasons.The warranty covers a maximum of remodeling of the original treatment therapy. The warranty revision may not be started before the revision is approved by Tumba Dental.

What the Guarantee does not cover:

The need for conversion is not related to the work.
the preparation and cementation is not carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions for the respective material.

The patient can be blamed for the need to repeat the treatment
The prosthesis has been subjected to external violence
The patient is a bruxer
Change of therapy due to root canal filling, changed material choice, wrong order.
Notification from the lab of inadequate documentation where the practitioner has chosen to continue.

The warranty also does not cover costs for the dentist's work as well as additional work included in the original work. The warranty is only valid at Tumba Dental and does not cover manufacturing at another lab.

Nor does the guarantee apply if the delivery note or invoice cannot be presented or the delivery note or invoice number is not recorded in the file.
