Can be easily made and applied when there are at least two or three teeth left on the jaw. Ideally it would be fitted on 4 to 6 teeth to achieve the best results. The bridge is firmly attached and can be easily removed to facilitate hygiene. The cone has the advantage of a long service life.

Cone prosthesis consists of:

(1) the primary crowns in base dental alloy that will be cemented on the prepared teeth

(2) the secondary crowns which slide over the primary ones and thus maintain the bridge by sliding friction close to the teeth. The secondary crowns are often attached to a cocr skeleton which is the entire removable part of the structure.

(3) cocr skeleton supporting the acrylic teeth that will replace the own missing teeth.
